We try our best to accommodate perspective tenants whether it’s based on student course length or employment contracts.

The majority of our properties are less than 15 minutes walking distance to Imperial College. Most of our properties have great transport links making it easy to get around whether it’s by bus, tube or train.  

PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED

We provide excellent property management throughout your tenancy. We are available 6 days a week via phone and email. We also have an emergency contact telephone number available 7 days a week.

IN-HOUSE MAINTENANCE

We have a dedicated caretaker who is around 6 days a week to take care of any maintenance or repairs and for out of hours emergencies.

IN HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES

We have dedicated cleaners who keep all our properties including communal areas clean to a high standard on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. Cleaning charges may apply for some of our properties starting from as little as £5 pp.

All our properties are strategically located within close reach to most transportation links.

SAFE AND SECURE

All our properties are located in safe neighbourhoods. We reference and select all perspective tenants through an application process.
